Fantastic staff, especially Ms. Rolannie, made my stay stress-free.
The gym was quite limited, lacking essential equipment for a full workout. WiFi was frustrating. It kept dropping connection frequently, requiring constant logins. I found the balcony disappointing, as it didn't offer much of a view.

Good breakfasts. Excellent and helpful staff. New reasonably large rooms. Clean and with balcony.
Location a little bit away from nightlife area which may suit some. Limited restaurant and seemed no room service. No tea/coffee facilities.

Pattaya vibes are lekker 🌴
Had a huge Executive Suite with a lekker balcony, just perfect. Pool area was chilled, and the bar staff were super friendly. Good brekkie to start the day-can't complain!
Only downside was the gym-bit basic, could do with some better equipment.

swimming pool is great. staff are friendly. room is clean.
swimming pool has no light in the evening!!! and it seems only one staff can speak english everyday. (but english spoken staffs are really friendly and did really help us!), breakfast is so slow, the quality is good but so slow, either kitchen or serve staff.

I had a lovely stay in this spacious suite with a cozy balcony, and the outdoor pool area was perfect for relaxing while enjoying snacks from the pool bar. The breakfast selection was good, especially the made-to-order options, but the gym could use some more equipment. I'd definitely choose this place again!

The thing I didnt like was that I had to pay for my 15 days reservation at my arrival even when you had my credit card print. It was very gross and impolite, never in Europe or us or Japan hotels they ask to pay up front. I asked your manager if I could pay a little later because of change rate more favorable but it was a big no. I Didnt get a special offer for my 15 days stay. During my holiday, I did a little shopping for rooms at Hilton and different hotel of your categorie and always they gave me a special rate for long stay. I come to Pattaya twice a year but I dont think I will come back to your hotel August or April. Be carefull, You miss at lack a commercial relation with your customer and I mentioned it in diverses forum.P.J

missingWrote a review on 17 Augspacious layoutfriendly stafflimited sun bedsoutdated showerlack of mini bar
The Executive Suite offered a massive bed and spacious layout. The outdoor pool area was cozy, although the availability of sun beds was limited. Staff were friendly and eager to help, contributing positively to the atmosphere. Food at the hotel, including delicious crepes, received praise from fellow guests, although room service could use more options. The shower in our suite needed updating, and the absence of a mini bar was noticeable.

Rooms were very clean and good size. Everywhere was very spacious and functional. Good gym and pool and snooker. Breakfast ok.
Maybe the hotel needed more imagination with decor and plants. Felt more like a conference centre.
